Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received. A confirmation email will be sent with your booking details.

Check-In & Check-Out

Guests are required to check in and check out during the times specified in their booking confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement and is subject to availability.

Payments

Full payment, or any required deposit, must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for information regarding cancellations, refunds and booking changes.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect the property, its facilities and neighbouring properties throughout their stay. Any damage, excessive cleaning or loss caused during your stay may result in additional charges.

Occupancy

Only the number of guests included in the booking are permitted to stay at the property unless prior approval has been given.

Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the accommodation. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this policy is breached.

Pets

Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval has been provided.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests are responsible for their own personal belongings during their visit. The business accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

Property Access

Management reserves the right to access the property when reasonably necessary for maintenance, repairs or emergency situations.

Changes to Bookings

Requests to amend booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, power outages or other unforeseen circumstances.
